The simplest way we’d describe Overflow Martin is this: one church, multiple locations.
We’re not trying to start a completely different church in Martin. We’re extending what God has already allowed us to build in McKenzie into another community.
Same family. Same heart. A campus in Martin that carries what makes Overflow Overflow — and a team of people who get to help build it from the ground up.
Where We’re Going
The vision is that you could walk into Overflow Martin on a Sunday morning and experience essentially what you experience in McKenzie.
Worship
We’ll sing the same songs and move through the same seasons together.
Next Gen
A safe, fun, faith-building environment for kids — just like McKenzie.
Community
Small groups for real relationships, spiritual growth, and belonging.

Serve Days and local outreach that love Martin the way Overflow loves McKenzie.

Most Sundays you’ll hear the same message — same Scripture, same direction.

We’ll sing the same songs, move through the same seasons together, and most Sundays hear the same message.
At First
Sometimes that will mean Alex’s sermon from McKenzie is streamed onto a large screen in Martin — same Word, same direction, shared as one church.
Eventually
It could also mean our campus pastors preaching a similar message live — same Scripture and direction, but through their own voice and stories.
How We’ll Start
We’re not going to start there. We don’t even know the venue yet. We may begin Sunday nights, we may begin Sunday mornings, and we’ll probably be setting up and tearing down for a while.
We’re still finding the right space in Martin. That’s okay — we’re building this in real time.
It will feel different from McKenzie for a while. Portable, hands-on, and full of people who showed up to build.
We’ll learn together and give the Martin team room to develop its own culture — fully supported, challenged, and resourced by the entire Overflow family.
The Destination
We know where we’re going: a thriving, dynamic Overflow campus in Martin (potentially with multiple Sunday services) that reaches lost people, challenges complacent Christians, serves the city, and brings what makes Overflow Overflow to Martin, Tennessee.
Same mission. Same values. A new city to love.

The people joining us now aren’t simply coming to attend another church service. They get to be the grassroots crew that builds Overflow Martin.
