OVERFLOW WORSHIP AUDITION

The first step in the new team member process for Overflow Worship is submitting a Worship Team Application and video recording of yourself.
This is to see commitment, not just ability. Videos MUST be from the song selection listed below for consideration.

If you are auditioning for an instrumental role, choose the following song that applies to you:

If you are auditioning for a vocal role, choose the following song that applies to you.

Video Requirements
Videos from live worship services or play through videos are acceptable. Include the link in your Worship Application.  
Please do not submit an application if the video audition is not attached. If If you’re having trouble uploading a video, please email Shelby@overflowchurch.net
The video must be the full song from the selection listed above.
Video auditions will not be accepted if it is not a song from the song selection listed above.


Phase 2- Live Audition/Hangout
Phase 2 is the part of the new team member process is where we get to know you and for you to get to know us!
You’ll also learn more about Overflow Worship expectations and standards.

Live Audition/Hangout will be by invitation only and will be scheduled after receiving your completed worship application.
This will typically be held on Thursday evenings.

Requirements before joining the team:
Must be able to play to a click track (metronome)
Have a willingness to learn the Nashville Number System.
Knowledge of major/minor scales and chord structure.
General understanding of pitch, tone timing and keys. (For vocals)

Encouraged Step
Going through the Overflow Church Next Step process is not a prerequisite but it is highly encouraged.
Can’t make it to a scheduled Next Step day? Don’t worry! We offer one on one sessions.
